You represent that you are the copyright owner or the licensee of any material that you deliver to us. You hold harmless and indemnify Print Zone Plus and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any infringement claim, suit or action for damages arising from or related to the use of any artwork or other materials that you provide to us, as well as relating to your use of our services or your violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.

If you are using our services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify Print Zone Plus and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.

If you or Print Zone Plus has any claims arising out of, or relating to these terms or arising from the services provided by Print Zone Plus, they shall be litigated exclusively in municipal and state courts of Los Angeles County, California, USA. You and Print Zone Plus consent to both personal jurisdiction and subject matter jurisdiction in the municipal and state courts of Los Angeles County, California.
